The Avant-Garde Competition is now open for submissions to compete during Chicago Fashion Week powered by FashionBar – The Shows: April 2024.
The Avant Garde competition is a competitive initiative held every year. The next competition will be scheduled for April 13th 2024, during our Designer Reveal from 2PM – 6PM!
Our top 3 finalists will come back and present their [1] Avant-Garde garment during the Urban & Streetwear show scheduled for Saturday, April 27th from 4PM-8PM, the winner will be identified to win $2000.00 of FashionBar’s consulting services to help build their fashion brand.
Avant Garde Competition Registration
Designers are to utilize the vast city of Chicago’s past, present and /or future, people, places & things such as architecture, culture, diversity, lakefront, and landmarks as inspiration for their designs.
