For over 25 years, Tony Riviello has led and delivered Business Intelligence solutions, from various technology and marketing roles, in both the MRO distribution (Grainger) and telecommunications industries (Ameritech, AT&T), fueling his passion to leverage data to drive business value. His breadth of experience includes the development and maintenance of BI systems, marketing campaign targeting and analysis, marketing list management, market share/economic indicator/customer analysis, and market research. In his current role at Grainger, Tony manages the SAP BW system across North America, while leading the execution of Grainger’s BW4HANA journey.
